Proof of purchase is required for all returns; either our till receipt or a bank / credit card statement.
We want every one of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases from A Vida. We are happy to either exchange items or issue a credit note, provided the goods are returned to the shop unworn and in the original condition as sold (including labels) and within 14 days of sale.
We do not issue refunds. Returns will be exchanged only.
We reserve the right not to exchange items which have been worn. We regret that in the interests of hygiene jewellery which passes through a piercing cannot be returned.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
If goods are faulty we reserve the right to repair the merchandise whenever possible. If repair is not possible a credit note will be issued for the purchase price of the merchandise. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the repairs you may refer the matter to the Retail Ombudsman; contact details may be found at "www.theretailombudsman.org.uk".
